I did not have an inspection. I had a repair to replace my tub faucet and garbage disposal. Matt was on time, friendly and answered my questions. He completed the repairs in an hour. I was please with his customer service and would welcome him for future service. I can't say enough great things about Shawn Thomas on the Amerispec Team. My wife and I are buying our first home in Wilmington, which is 100 years old. I had major concerns and questions about the home and Shawn walked through the entire house with me to review every detail. He arrived at least 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment and was already getting started when I arrived (15 minutes early). I appreciated the transparency and thoroughness during our walk-through of the home. Shawn knows this stuff inside/out and gave us the peace of mind to proceed with our offer.
Aside from his expertise, he's a great guy. It was a quick two hours and I learned a ton about the home in the process.
