The communication through email is responsive. One thing that we disliked is the communication between the office and the inspector. We informed our agent that my father would be present and the documentation that the inspector received stated that there wasn’t going to be anyone present. Regardless, showing up 50 minutes late to the appointment from a previous home inspection that was time consuming. Although it was not the inspectors fault, he took responsibility. Was very thorough, polite and made the experience excellent. Keith is an honorable person to have in your company and made this score a 10.

I can't say enough great things about Shawn Thomas on the Amerispec Team. My wife and I are buying our first home in Wilmington, which is 100 years old. I had major concerns and questions about the home and Shawn walked through the entire house with me to review every detail.
